What exactly is credit repair?
Credit repair is the process of identifying items on your credit reports that are inaccurate, unfair, or unverified — and formally disputing them with the credit bureaus and creditors. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, information that can't be verified as accurate must be removed.
Can't I do this myself for free?
Yes — and we're required by law to tell you so. You can dispute inaccuracies directly with the bureaus at no cost. What we offer is expertise, persistence, and time: we know which dispute grounds work, we escalate systematically, we handle all three bureaus at once, and we don't let items slip through the cracks.
What can be removed from my credit report?
Any item that is inaccurate, unfair, or can't be verified — collections, late payments, charge-offs, repossessions, hard inquiries, and even bankruptcies with reporting errors. Accurate, timely, and verifiable negative information cannot be removed by us or anyone else, and you should walk away from any company that claims otherwise.
How long does it take?
Bureaus generally must investigate disputes within about 30 days, so most clients see first results in 30–45 days. A typical full engagement runs 4–6 months depending on how many items are involved. There's no minimum commitment — stop whenever you're satisfied.
Will disputing hurt my score?
No. Filing disputes does not lower your credit score. Removing inaccurate negative items generally helps it, though every file is different.
How much does it cost?
$89/month (Standard), $109/month (Premium), or $549 flat for six months of Premium-level service. No setup fees, no billing before work is performed, cancel anytime. See our Pricing page.
Do you guarantee my score will go up?
No — and legally, nobody can. What we guarantee is our work: unlimited disputes across all three bureaus, total transparency, and a money-back satisfaction guarantee if you're unhappy with any billing period.
Is my information safe with you?
Yes. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, portal access uses multi-factor authentication, and we never sell your personal information. See Why Us for our full security practices.
What are my rights when I sign up?
You get a written contract, a full disclosure of your consumer credit file rights, and the right to cancel within three business days at no charge. Read them anytime on our Consumer Rights page.
Do negative items fall off on their own?
Eventually — most negative items age off after seven years (bankruptcies up to ten). If you'd rather not wait, disputing inaccurate items now is the faster path.
Do you help after items are removed?
Yes. Every plan includes credit education: keeping utilization low, building payment history, and adding the right kinds of credit so your progress sticks.
What happens when I cancel?
Your service ends at the close of the current billing period, you owe nothing further, and you keep every result achieved. We'll even send you a final summary of everything that was removed.
